8 AM  Site opens for setup
9 AM  Site opens for the populous
9:30 AM Heavy and light weapons inspections and authorizations begins
10:30 AM  Tournaments and regular fighting begins
11 AM  Lunch starts being served downstairs
6 PM Feast is served
After feast Dancing
10 PM site needs to be cleaned up and closed down
